F-1 Racing

Being as one of the most exciting extreme sports, F-1 will take place at Istanbul Park, Kurtkoy. Most of people, including foreigners will be there to see the performance of both favorite and new pilots in great atmosphere of Istanbul.
Rock'n Coke
(September 1-2, 2007)
As Turkey's greatest music festival, rock n coke is a five year old entertainment opportunity for both teens and adults. General audiences are both foreign and Turkish people who would like to watch the live performances of internationally famous bands and artists. In previous years, bands such as The Cure, Korn, Offspring, Muse, Placebo participated in rock n coke. This year's headliners are Franz Ferdinand, Smashing Pumpkins, Manic Street Preachers, and Chris Cornell. Camping opportunities are also available in Hezarfen Airport where the festival takes place.

By the year 1993, the progressive rock group has come together and started to play in Los Angeles, California. Although they have produced total of six albums, they are known for their clips which are regarded as an art show. The group has loyal fans in Turkey with thousands of fans and fan clubs. The group will perform in Kurucesme Arena under the auspices of BKM.
10th International Istanbul Biennial
(September 8 – November 4, 2007)
As of September 8, 2007, 10th International Istanbul Biennial will start under the curatorship of Hou Hanru who is currently Director of Exhibitions and Public Programs at San Francisco Art Institute. This year the biennial will not only consist of traditional exhibitions but also it will emphasize the following process of common intelligence and ethical production.
